Mister Biscuit follows the fortunes of a children’s entertainer. Noel Mason’s vaudevillian skills are appreciated by younger audiences however he is not making enough money to cover his costs and upkeep his rent. He answers a newspaper advertisement to join an agency and gets work in shopping centres. The agent however cheats Noel out of his fees then disappears. Noel turns sleuth to track down the fraudster then writes the events of his real-life drama into his children’s theatre show.
